Saleha Iftikhar
Forward Deployed Engineer building AI agents and full-stack products.
I am happiest when I am deep in a problem I have not solved before. These days that means building AI agents that do real jobs: minions that fix live tickets and open pull requests only after the tests pass, and Orion, the AI analyst at SuperOrgs, answering customer questions in production. I design the systems, ship them, and keep them running.
Ask Me Anything
The conversation we would have over coffee

What keeps you up at night these days?
My minions. I am building a fleet of little AI agents that pick up small, repetitive tasks, fix them, prove the fix with tests, and open a pull request, all on their own. The dream is simple: my minions and I become best friends. They take the busywork so I can put my full attention on the bigger, harder problems.

My Top Projects
Saaya and Forge, the two I am proudest of. Both are live right now.
Saaya: Persistent AI Coworker
An AI coworker, not a chatbot
You hand Saaya real jobs and it keeps them alive across crashes and restarts. Risky commands stop at approval gates until a human signs off, and everything it learns is stored with sources and versions, so you can check where a fact came from and how it changed.
- Durable jobs that survive crashes and restarts
- Approval gates that genuinely block risky commands
- One coworker across web, Slack, and MCP
The live demo is passphrase gated to keep model costs sane. Ask me for the key.
Forge & the Minions
Describe a specialist, forge it, put it to work
Forge turns a plain English spec into a runnable, tool-using agent, then repairs it through a build, run, judge, and refine loop. Its autonomous minions pick up GitHub and Linear tickets, run the tests in a sandbox, and open a pull request only after a verification gate passes.
- Shipped every legitimate fix, refused every bad one
- Zero unsafe ships on a hand-labeled evaluation
- Watch a recorded run in the live demo below

Watch my minions work
This is the thing I am most obsessed with building right now. Pick a minion, watch it actually decide whether to ship, score its own confidence, then click straight through to the real pull request it opened.
These are recorded runs of a real system. The full source, the verification eval (0 unsafe ships), and every receipt live on GitHub, or try Forge live.
Data & Visualization
Turning real datasets into clear, honest visual stories
Data Visualization Portfolio
A collection of Python data-analysis projects on topics I care about, including women in tech, programming-language trends, and wage disparities. Each one cleans a real dataset and turns it into a clear visual story.
Movie Trends Analysis
A collaborative analysis of a dataset of the top 10,000 movies. It cleans and merges sources into one dataset, then surfaces trends through exploratory analysis and visualization.
Recreate and Remix, Developer Wages
Replicated a published visualization of software developers' wages, then remixed it with adjusted parameters to surface deeper insights.

SuperOrgs
Own AI agent features end to end, from scoping with customers through architecture, code review, and the launch post.
- •Built Orion, an AI assistant that answers plain-English questions about a team's people, agents, and spending, and scans their Slack, Asana, and Linear to suggest new agents worth building, each tied to the source behind it.
- •Built connectors that find the AI agents a customer already runs on tools like Dust and Gumloop, map them onto the org chart, and pull in real cost data, plus an MCP server that gives Claude access to the same data.
- •Built the Stripe billing that let customers sign up and pay on their own for the first time, with access updating automatically on every plan change, then added usage-based metering, per-company spending caps, and a per-customer profit dashboard.
- •Built the AI Services marketplace end to end: a managed provider catalog, buyer hiring requests backed by signed statements of work, and a portal where outside providers confirm their fees, with every payment step logged.
Student Technical Project Manager
Infrastructure and Computing Office, Gettysburg College
- •Coordinated campus-wide WiFi analysis by scheduling scans, managing building access, and leading a 3-member team with Velaspan, using Ekahau and Python (NumPy) to process data that informed reliability upgrades
- •Automated permission-tracking and data-collection scheduling workflows for network site surveys across 30 or more buildings using Python and Pandas, reducing manual effort and shortening survey preparation
- •Facilitated student feedback sessions to identify connectivity issues and translated user insights into actionable recommendations for network improvements
Student Software Developer
Impact Rehab
- •Engineered a full-stack physiotherapy app using PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL, automating MSK score calculations that previously required manual entry
- •Implemented JWT authentication, session management, and real-time analytics dashboards with Chart.js, cutting clinician reporting time
- •Led a 3-member team through the full SDLC, designing an ER-modeled database, deploying the application, and coordinating client communication to deliver on schedule
Web Development Intern
Enlisted Association of the National Guard (EANGUS)
- •Developed a custom WordPress plugin with PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL that centralized management of 1,000 or more leadership records across five directory sections, reducing record-lookup time by about 30 percent
- •Streamlined data workflows and asset management, consolidating 5 separate processes into one admin interface
- •Enhanced digital outreach by creating responsive web pages with TypeScript and Next.js and adding interactive data visualizations with Chart.js
